Phase 1. Bar loader brand FICEP 6 mts long (please find enclosed the photo with the plan) loads the piece to the guillotine. The bars pass one by one through the vibrating device.

Loading Capacity 4 tons, loading bars 3.5 - 6 meters with a diameter: 12-52 mm

Phase 2. Guillotine brand F CADDY 52, cuts the bars into 20-200 mm pieces

Force 85 tn, cutting 85 pieces / min.

Description of the guillotine cutting depending on the diameter of the material:

STEEL R = 50 Dn / mm2 DIAMETER, CONNECTED / DISCONNECTED: 48 MM / 52 MM 

STEEL R = 70 Dn / mm2 DIAMETER, CONNECTED / DISCONNECTED: 38 MM / 42 MM 

STEEL R = 90 Dn / mm2 DIAMETER, CONNECTED / DISCONNECTED: 32 MM / 35 MM

Phase 3. Parts go from the guillotine to the induction furnace GH (345 kw) through the vibrating loader VIBRANT

In the furnace the parts are heated and pass through a transfer to the hot forging press FARINA 650 tn TABLE 660 X 900 MM, STROKE 200 MM, VERTICAL LIGHT 650 MM, ADJUSTING 10MM , POWER 50 KW , S7-300 TOUCH CONTROL (its a transfer press, 50kw)

The finished pieces leave the press threw the conveyor belt

Please, note that it was working till few weeks ago

The press has been modernized in 2010: new touch screen control S7-300 TOUCH CONTROL, electrical cabinets, etc.
